Scrum Master, Senior
Key Role:

Work with a development team as a scrum master to facilitate Agile best practices and mentor new team members on Agile processes. Facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Support the management team in communicating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations. Collect and write detailed us er stories and work with the team and client to identify asso cia ted tasks and acceptance criteria. Analyze b us iness processes and work with the project team to implement and improve processes. Maintain a product backlog, support QA and requirement validation, meet with vario us stakeholders to disc us s needs, and provide suggestions during stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering. Provide documentation for new efforts, including level of effort analysis, plans or timelines, requirements documents, and other required documentation.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting te chn ical and b us iness requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
  • Experience with teaching te chn ical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the project management framework
  • Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills, to provide te chn ical assistance to IT development teams
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
  • Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) Certification
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
