Job Details

Title: Coupa Analyst

Location: Remote/WFH

Duration: 6 months+ contract

Number of Positions: 2 roles.

Notes:

Coupa Implementation experience (expenses, contracts, invoices, etc.)

Oracle Cloud ERP experience highly preferred, ideally Coupa Admin experience, but Coupa Implementation is required

Description:

  • Lead and support Coupa implementation projects, including configuration and deployment of P2P, Expenses, and Supplier Management modules.
  • Administer Coupa platform, manage user access, workflows, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration with Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Drive supplier enablement and sourcing activities, including CLMA and contract lifecycle management.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for Coupa users across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Coupa (P2P, Expenses, Supplier Management); implementation experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Coupa administration and preferred experience with Sourcing, CLMA, and Supplier Enablement.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA; advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP experience highly preferred; ability to manage complex integrations and workflows.
