We are looking for a Network Systems Administrator to join our Client's Infrastructure Team to ensure the integrity, security, and seamless operation of their cutting-edge communications infrastructure.

responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our Client's five-person team, you'll tackle a variety of projects and contribute to their success by being their resident hero behind the curtain. Your contributions will include:
- Delivering Expert Support: You'll master advanced customer issues, stepping in as the go-to expert to solve complex challenges related to internet, IPTV, VoIP, and more. Essentially, you'll be the person who keeps our Client's residential and business customers connected and happy.
- Securing and Optimizing Our Infrastructure: You'll be a guardian of our Client's network's integrity, maintaining critical assets like mail filters and intrusion detection/prevention systems. You will also help with vulnerability assessments to fortify their security posture before they even have to think about it.
- Driving Operational Excellence: You'll orchestrate the installation and configuration of upgraded systems for enterprise accounts, ensuring a seamless service delivery. Your work will also involve monitoring deployed equipment to maintain baseline operational levels.
- Championing Proactive Solutions: You'll assist with routine maintenance on key distribution systems and help with new technology installations, because a little foresight goes a long way.
qualifications:
We're looking for someone who can effortlessly navigate the digital landscape, offering a mix of skills and a can-do attitude. You will likely have:
- A knack for all things tech , with demonstrated proficiency across diverse operating systems including Unix, Linux, Microsoft Windows, and Mac OS.
- Proven expertise in a variety of network technologies such as LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and VoIP.
- A solid understanding of infrastructure and security , including familiarity with IDS/IPS systems and vulnerability assessments, because you know prevention is the best defense.
- The ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented environment , where you can participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be a reliable hero when the occasion calls for it.
