Job Details



Work Environment:



  • Operating System: Windows 10/11

  • Software: Office 365

  • Users: Supporting 300 end users

  • Network: Computers are always connected to the network, utilizing remote control software

  • Industry Applications: Oil and gas applications (specialized support available)

  • Team: Current team includes 2 IT support staff (one retiring and one transitioning to a new role), and an application administrator



Key Responsibilities:



  • Active Directory Management: Manage and maintain computers in an Active Directory environment

  • Server Administration: Experience in server administration

  • Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to navigate and resolve issues independently

  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, proactive and eager to assist users

  • Nice to Have: Linux

  • Excellent Skills in


    • Active Directory

    • Cisco Switching

    • Meraki Firewalls

    • Hyperconverged Infrastructure, (Scale Computing)

    • Veeam (on-prem --> Qnap / Cloud - AWS)

    • NetMotion (VPN)

    • IT Security
