About the Role
We re seeking a Senior Advisor HRIS to lead the strategic configuration, testing, data security, and implementation of Workday modules and adjacent HR technologies. This role is pivotal in shaping our HRIS landscape, partnering with Employee Experience, IT, Legal, Finance, and Information Security teams to architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
You ll be the go-to expert for Workday integrations, release planning, and system optimization driving innovation and excellence across our HR technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for Workday configuration, testing, and release planning
- Architect secure and scalable HRIS solutions, ensuring compliance with privacy laws
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to optimize integrations and troubleshoot issues
- Analyze Workday bi-annual releases and guide stakeholders through impact assessments
- Develop and manage test strategies to validate Workday modules and integrations
- Identify gaps and enhancement opportunities to mature Workday infrastructure
- Document system architecture, data lifecycle, and business continuity plans
- Audit and improve foundational Workday components (e.g., org structure, job architecture, security model)
- Monitor and support Workday Enterprise Interface integrations with external vendors
- Recommend and implement data governance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Provide consultation and training to stakeholders for seamless user adoption
- Act as a strategic partner to EX leadership on system strategy and process integrations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementation and optimization
- Workday certification is required
- Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM, security, business process design, and integrations
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder relationships
- Program Management experience; PM certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for HR technology and continuous learning
