This position is 100% remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and support our customers in the following Workday areas of the P2P (Procure to Pay) cycle:

  • Procurement & Requisitions

  • Supplier and Contract Management

  • Strategic Sourcing

  • Spend Reporting (Suppliers, Expenses, Procurement)

  • Document Management (OCR, Machine Learning, Email Ingestion)

  • Inventory (Supply Chain) Management

  • Delivered Integrations

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Previous Experience:

  • One (1) year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of higher education and experience.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of report writing or business intelligence experience.

  • Healthcare experience preferred.

  • Experience in a report production environment with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is essential.

Core Capabilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines. Ability to validate, standardize and cleanse data when needed.

  • Troubleshoot problems and suggest alternatives, looking beyond the obvious to find answers.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with senior level staff to determine business goals, objectives and ways to meet those objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive and respectful manner to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions.

  • Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters.
