Job Description
We are looking for an Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Android app development, a good understanding of modern Android frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin/Java
- Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and quality
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and improve application stability
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
- Work on app deployment and updates on the Google Play Store
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Kotlin and/or Java
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and architecture components (MVVM/MVP)
- Experience with Jetpack libraries (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, Navigation, etc.)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and networking frameworks (Retrofit, OkHttp)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of UI/UX guidelines and Material Design principles
- Experience with push notifications, background services, and performance optimization
