Position: Project Manager Scrum Master
Location: Albany, NY (Up to 50% REMOTE)
Duration: Long-Term
Need 10+ years
Candidate shall be work from NY office for 2-3 days in a week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in contract development for products/software and help identify product customization needs
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to analyze, design, engineer, test, deploy, and sustain interoperable technology solutions for data sharing and mental health crisis coordination
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to analyze, design, engineer, test, deploy, and sustain patient referral technology solutions with data sharing and provider network coordination
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to generate information software deliverables for clinical delivery and quality improvement, assigned by the PfMP
- Engage with cross-disciplinary stakeholders including technologists, executive leaders, functional unit directors, behavioral healthcare providers, 988/911 staff, crisis intervention teams, hospitals, clinics, EHR vendors, SHIN-NY regional health information networks (QEs), and community-based organizations involved in New York State s mental health crisis intervention system
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and support information technology projects in the bureau, assigned by the PfMP
- Apply principles of Agile project frameworks to satisfy product owners and customers
- Facilitate and schedule project meetings as Scrum Master with team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Create and disseminate project plans, project performance reports, agendas, meeting materials, meeting notes, presentations, schedules, training materials, and various project artifacts needed by teams and stakeholders
- Spearhead project integration tasks to produce team deliverables within project scope, on schedule, within budget, and fulfilling quality expectations
- Support product owner efforts to prioritize user stories in the product and sprint backlogs
- Identify and develop risk responses and workarounds for issues
- Record work progress in project management systems to report progress and ensure delivery of deliverables
- Facilitate communications to ensure action items are fulfilled, meetings are scheduled, roadblocks are removed, and follow-up tasks are completed by team members
- Analyze and document business processes or systems for process improvements
- Perform change management by recording new feature requests, updating tasks, and identifying product gaps
- Identify areas for process improvement for technical excellence
- Develop checklists and help define success criteria for customer satisfaction and quality delivery
- Open, update, monitor, and escalate hardware and software requests as a servant leader
- Identify training needs for team members
- Design and launch surveys to stakeholders for active feedback loops
- Coordinate work on behalf of the PMP
- Participate in bureau meetings to refine and enhance products based on user feedback
- Work with implementation, data analysis, medical informatics, and research team members to fortify product adoption and enhance patient outcomes
- Perform other assigned operational and project duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems and Business Analytics, Information Technology or a related field and 5-10 years of information technology or relevant project coordination/management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote
- Proficiency in Cisco Webex, Zoom, or comparable virtual meeting platform.
Preferred Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst, project assistant, project coordinator, tester, systems analyst, or software developer
- PMP, PgMP or other project management certification
- PMI-PBA, ECBA, CCBA, CBAP or other business analysis certification
- CSM, PMI-ACP or other Agile project management certification
- Work experience in any healthcare industry a plus
- Experience with a Project Management Information System a plus
- Exposure to Microsoft Planner or other work management systems a plus
- Familiarity with the SDLC for data interoperability projects, data warehousing, APIs, web applications / portals, mobile apps, and telephony very helpful
- Familiarity with data interoperability protocols and standards a plus
- Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence products a plus
- Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data
- Lifelong learner in project management
