Compliance Reporting Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Compliance Reporting Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and manage AI agents to streamline operations, focusing on automating routine compliance tasks and enhancing system efficiency
* Implement and optimize the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to improve AI agent interactions and integration with existing systems
* Develop and maintain intelligent bots to proactively identify and address compliance issues and automate reporting processes
* Leverage machine learning models to predict and mitigate potential compliance risks and enhance decision-making processes
* Collaborate with AI research and development teams to ensure the latest AI technologies are effectively integrated into compliance operations
* Monitor and analyze AI system performance, ensuring optimal operation and alignment with compliance objectives
* Gain in-depth expertise in the supported product, business processes, and technical architecture-including application code and data structures
* Work with Risk and Compliance teams for incident review, providing AI-driven insights and solutions
* Partner effectively with both business and technical teams (including Production Support and Development) to ensure prompt and accurate issue resolution
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to compliance activities and regulatory requirements, utilizing AI tools for enhanced insights
* Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports to management and relevant stakeholders, using automated reporting tools
* Identify gaps in compliance and recommend AI-driven improvements or corrective actions
* Maintain high-quality, timely communication with business and technology stakeholders, especially during critical incidents
* Assist in audits and investigations related to compliance issues, using AI-based tools to support findings

REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
* Certification in AI, compliance, or risk management (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) is an added advantage
* 5+ years of experience in IT or Technology Operations, with a focus on AI and technology integration
* Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including agent-based systems and machine learning
* Good knowledge in Risk and Compliance procedures, with an understanding of how AI can enhance these processes
* Experience with .NET or Java/Spring Boot, and developing cloud-native applications on AWS
* Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Sybase
* Solid understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms, including deployment and monitoring practices
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with a focus on AI applications
* A good grasp of distributed systems architecture, including middleware, server infrastructure, and container-based environments
* Proven ability to collaborate across business and technology teams, with a track record of driving cross-functional AI initiatives
* Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices, enhanced by AI tools
* Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations involving critical issues
* Proactive and execution-focused, with a commitment to delivering results and driving operational excellence
* Hands-on experience with AWS and its services including VPC, S3, EBS, ELBs, Auto-Scaling, Lamda, Docker, etc.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
