We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead architectural design and construction projects from concept through completion. You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead architectural design and construction projects from concept through completion. You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and review of architectural plans and construction documentation
- Supervise, mentor, and support the growth of design team members
- Estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to plans, codes, and deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with local and state building codes and regulations
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
- Conduct site surveys and field verifications as needed
- Maintain accurate project financial records and documentation
- Approve team timecards and manage team performance expectations
- Oversee project schedules, staffing, and resource allocation
- Manage contracts, invoices, and project scope changes
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in architectural project management
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Master's degree in Architecture or related discipline
- Architectural licensure
- Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, or restaurant projects
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator
