Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, develop, and implement MES solutions using Siemens Opcenter platform.


• Customize and extend Opcenter functionalities to meet specific manufacturing requirements.


• Integrate MES with other enterprise systems, including ERP, SCADA, and PLCs.


• Collaborate with business analysts and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure MES solutions align with business objectives.


• Implement data collection, tracking, and real-time production monitoring solutions.


• Ensure seamless integration of MES with other software tools, like Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, and Maintenance Management Systems.


• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve decision-making in manufacturing operations.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with Opcenter-based systems.


• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal teams.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Siemens Opcenter, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field


• 3+ years of experience in developing MES solutions using Opcenter software


• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or SQL


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems


• Certification in Opcenter software is a plus
