Job Details

The Release Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing software releases across global IT applications.
They lead the deployment of major releases, weekly patches, and daily changes using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Manage infrastructure upgrades, including OS, database, and application patching, aligned with TVM (Threat & Vulnerability Management).
Drive process improvements and implement change management cycles across cross-functional teams.
Lead release readiness reviews, milestone checkpoints, and Go/No-Go decisions for deployment.
Oversee environment management, deployment planning, and system refresh cycles.
Handle major incident escalations and ensure timely resolution and communication.
Ensure compliance with information security standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Scrum teams to align deployment schedules and priorities.
Continuously assess and enhance release systems for reliability, scalability, and performance.
