We are looking for a HR Compliance Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity based out of Santa Ana, CA (Onsite).

Qualifications:

  • Regulatory Compliance and Policy Oversight (Federal, State, and Local).
  • Reporting and Audit Management.
  • Compensation and Wage Compliance.
  • Legislative Tracking and Risk Mitigation.
  • Experience with EEO-1, 5500 audits, multi-state wage compliance.

Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $125,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
