Product Manager (AI)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge in driving the design and implementation of AI technology solutions for impactful projects. As the customer advocate, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and future opportunities


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and explore emerging AI capabilities


• Lead the successful implementation of proof of concepts and generative AI solutions


• Actively engage in customer discovery and user testing to gather insights


• Monitor and synthesize outcomes of AI solutions, while researching market problems for potential AI and ML applications


• Communicate product roadmap updates internally and externally


• Specify and document software requirements in agile story format


• Assist with product management for training and feature demonstrations


• Maintain a prioritized backlog of new features and monitor release plans


• Translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience with a focus on AI and SaaS products


• Proven knowledge and experience with generative AI and ML solutions


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Experience working directly with customers to identify and prioritize product needs


• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira


• Bachelor's degree

Working Environment/Physical Demands:

• Some air travel required, not to exceed 15%


• Activities primarily involve sitting at desks and in front of computers


• Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel
