Implementation Specialist - Transcendent - Bi-Lingual

In this role you will:

An Implementation Specialist at Actabl assists with the implementation, deployment, and documentation of software as a service (Saas) systems. Uses customer requirements provided by Project Manager to configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes. If necessary, works with customers during deployment of business solutions. Configures the solutions through deployment, training, and hand-off activities

Typical Functions:

• System setup, data loading, report building, and data mapping for all implementation projects.
• Assist Project Manager with customer calls and meetings for support and project review if necessary.
• Maintain strong communication on project status and any necessary escalations to Project Manager.
• Updates notes on Client accounts as it relates to custom configuration and process flows.
• Identifies configuration problems and researches alternatives through testing and consulting with peers.
• Configures and deploys enterprise applications and business processes.
• Supports business process testing of the application prior to end-user acceptance testing.
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
• Other duties or functions may be assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years in the Hotel Industry or Hotel Saas preferred, Customer Service or similar experience
• Bi-Lingual - Spanish/English
• Willing to travel 50-90% Domestic and International
• Strong organization and time management to handle multiple implementations at once
• Ability to triage current work queue and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Curious and eager to always learn more
• Strong communication skills
