Job Title: Blue Yonder CKB Technical Lead

Position Overview
We are seeking a Blue Yonder CKB Technical Lead to manage, maintain, and optimize the Blue Yonder CKB suite and its associated modules. This role requires deep technical expertise in BY system architecture, troubleshooting, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), partnering with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure stable, high-performing Blue Yonder operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Blue Yonder CKB suite and associated modules.
Execute minor upgrades, patches, and configuration updates.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues with minimal downtime.
Collaborate with Citrix, virtualization, DBA, and infrastructure teams to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
Partner with business stakeholders to resolve issues originating from BY infrastructure or architecture.
Provide technical SME guidance to internal teams and project partners.
Monitor Blue Yonder technology updates and evaluate their impact on current environments.
Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and operational standards.
Manage technical ticketing, escalations, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Blue Yonder Technical Lead or similar role.
Deep technical expertise with BY CKB Suite, including:
CKB, Space Planning, Floor Planning, Open Access
Data Manager, Image Server, Publishing Server, Batch Server
Database Commands, Planogram Generator, SA Pro
Proficiency in related technologies:
SQL, Oracle, Windows Server, SSO
Batch Processing, VBA, Power BI, Python
Experience with BY system upgrades, updates, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Blue Yonder certification(s) preferred.
