Position: Sr SAP BASIS Consultant Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: Long term

Job Description:
Should have minimum 15+ yrs of experience in SAP Basis with E2E implementation and support experience.
Expert know how of all SAP Basis relevant topics on 000 clients, DB, File system, Operating System (OS) and Virtual Machine (VM) level to manage the provider accordingly
Expert know how in all SAP Landscape installation, copy, refresh, backup, restore activities to manage the provider accordingly
Able to manage Project Independently on demand basis
Must have knowledge of HANA activities (monitoring, transports, SDI configuration), manual transports and authorization management as well as error analyses.
Knowledge on Interface technologies On-Premise to SAP Cloud to On Premise (SAP Cloud Connector, CPI)
Basic skill in understanding ABAP to analyze problems and assist in corrections
Support the team in India in all SAP Basis related topics to increase their technical knowledge thus enabling them to support daily activities independently
Third Level support for SAP basis independently within the SAP Landscape - Support in day to day operations and Projects
Manage the service provider for systems within responsibility of the resource.
Support the team in India in all SAP Basis related topics to increase their technical knowledge thus enabling them to support daily activities independently.
Manage Maintenance Projects within lifecycle activities for the SAP Landscapes.
Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of critical systems for different customers Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager, recording and advising team members and management on issues and needed adjustments
Maintaining and majoring Availability Systems, Perform Health Checks production, Non-production systems
Provide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructure Knowledge
Must be well conversant in working on Incident, Problem, Change Management and Release Management processes and exposure to ITSM tool would be added advantage.
Willing to work in shifts and Handle support incidents and change requests.
Should be flexible in working with onsite and offshore teams.
Should have handled L2, L3 support in support engagements.
