NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Manager to join our team in Remote, USA.

Role Responsibilities

  • Review project plans and coordinate project activities to ensure milestones are met.
  • Manage backup systems, security protocols, and user support services.
  • Operate and oversee smaller budget projects with efficiency and accountability.
  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to solicit cooperation and resolve issues.
  • Provide technical support to users for computer-related problems.
  • Coordinate team schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and proactively address risks or delays to keep the team on track.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical and technical teams to ensure provisioning requirements are met.

Required Skills/Experience
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or IT environments.
  • 1+ years of knowledge in the user access/provisioning space as well as clinical applications.
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferences
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and cost optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($70 - $74/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
