Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's and minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or 7 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Able to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Must have knowledge of professional accounting and/or financial concepts and principles.
Working knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office, and software operations as applied to accounting and related functions.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, focus on details and provide extra effort to meet priorities and deadlines with minimum supervision.
Requires knowledge of U.S. government Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards.

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to function in a matrix organization and simultaneously handle numerous tasks of varying degrees of complexity.
Able to work independently or as part of a team and use good judgement in the execution of assigned tasks including the ability to seek direction as needed.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Prior Oracle Financials experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Requires working knowledge of accounting systems, organizations and procedures.
