What You'll Do:

The primary mission of this role is to accelerate revenue growth and capture market share for our newly acquired and adjacent products by successfully leading the end-to-end GTM integration, customer migration, and market expansion strategies.

The SAP SuccessFactors GTM team drives growth at scale for the SuccessFactors business, creating market differentiation for SAP people-centric solutions and engaging with a broader GTM ecosystem on an aligned SAP HXM Go-To-Market strategy to support customer success. This team, brings innovation to market, igniting and aligning different sources of growth for the business and collaborating with a broad set of regional and global stakeholders.

Chief Experts play a critical role in elevating SAP SuccessFactors solutions, technologies and partners in market share through direct and scaled field engagement. Chief Experts work across Board Areas and Lines of Business to provide practical context for field-facing stakeholders including AEs/IAEs, PreSales, CSPs as well as partnering with the commercial, marketing, product and strategy teams to represent GTM in each respective area.

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute strategic programs and plays that holistically integrate the acquisition into SAP's GTM framework.
  • Ensure tight alignment across product, sales, and marketing functions to create a unified and effective market approach.
  • Drive the overall GTM strategy to accelerate revenue growth and build market demand on a global scale.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all GTM deliverables and timelines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, pre-sales, or GTM-focused roles.
  • Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Talent or Learning Solutions) or SmartRecruiters solutions.
  • Direct experience with the SAP ISV Partner Ecosystem a strong plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) end-to-end business processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience addressing both internal and external audiences.
  • A demonstrated history of self-directed success and creative problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP's GTM deliverables and timelines is highly preferred.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $271,800 - $462,100 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
