Position: Technical Project Manager Global Product & Mainframe Decommissioning

Max rate: $70/hr on C2C
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to immediately support the ongoing Global Product initiative and to provide critical focus and structure for the Mainframe Month-End Decommissioning effort. This role is pivotal in helping define and manage the detailed project plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones aligned with our broader Data Platform Modernization strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage planning efforts for the Global Product initiative in Oracle Fusion, aligning with internal financial reporting, reserving, and planning/expense allocation needs.
Develop and refine a detailed project plan with clear milestones for delivery, ensuring iterative progress and accountability.
Coordinate closely with functional and technical teams to track dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage resource constraints.
Provide structure and project oversight for the Mainframe Month-End Decommissioning effort.
Serve as a liaison between business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams.
Support ongoing modernization initiatives by integrating project timelines with broader data platform transformation goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of project management experience, preferably in data-focused or systems transformation initiatives
Strong familiarity with Oracle Fusion or financial systems is a plus.
Experience managing decommissioning or migration projects
Hands-on experience in SAFe Agile, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with financial reporting and business hierarchy models
Experience working in highly matrixed environments with multiple project dependencies
