Job Details
Functional & Technical Delivery
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) modules. 2. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Implement workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripting (JavaScript).
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Dataverse, APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
Solution Architecture & Best Practices
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
- Participate in solution design, data modeling, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
Testing & Deployment
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
- Assist with deployment, release management, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business users, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide demos, user training, and documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor on CRM capabilities and enhancements.
