Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Workday Implementation Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of Workday solutions. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful configuration and integration of Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, or Finance, based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday implementation projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and Workday consultants.
  • Configure and test Workday modules to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure data migration accuracy and system integration across platforms.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Provide training and change management support to end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Workday implementations (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Workday certification(s) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field.
