Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Workday Implementation Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of Workday solutions. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful configuration and integration of Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, or Finance, based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday implementation projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and Workday consultants.
- Configure and test Workday modules to meet business requirements.
- Ensure data migration accuracy and system integration across platforms.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Provide training and change management support to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Workday implementations (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Workday certification(s) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field.
