Description:
Role Overview: The End User Device Technician will primarily be responsible for providing end-user support for a client based out of Spartanburg, SC. This includes the installation, repair, setup, configuration, upgrade, and relocation of end-user devices. Additionally, the role will involve office moves/setup and minimal migration tasks

Description:
Role Overview: The End User Device Technician will primarily be responsible for providing end-user support for a client based out of Spartanburg, SC. This includes the installation, repair, setup, configuration, upgrade, and relocation of end-user devices. Additionally, the role will involve office moves/setup and minimal migration tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, setup, configure, and upgrade end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with office moves/setup, including relocating and setting up end-user devices at new locations.
- Provide minimal migration support during office moves or technology upgrades.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to end-user devices.
- Ensure timely completion of end-user support requests and tickets.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Document all activities, configurations, and changes accurately.
- Collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in end-user device support or related field preferred.
- Strong technical skills in installing, repairing, and configuring end-user devices.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common office software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 8 to 10 hours per day.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation and alternating work days.
- On Call: Yes.
- Variable Schedule: Yes.
- Overtime: Yes.
