Job Details

Data Retention & BigID Cloud Administrator Platform Support Location: Atlanta, GA

Administer BigID platform in cloud/on-prem environments, ensuring availability, scalability, and compliance with data governance policies.

Manage data retention policies across enterprise systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.

Perform server maintenance and patch installation for BigID components and underlying infrastructure.

Deploy and configure BigID services (connectors, scanners, policies) across multiple environments.

Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive fixes.

Ensure security and compliance: manage access controls, certificates, encryption, and integration with LDAP/SSO.

Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python, Shell) and tools like Ansible for deployments and configuration management.

Handle incident and change management: root cause analysis, documentation, and on-call support for production systems.

Collaborate with data governance, security, and infrastructure teams to align retention strategies and platform operations.

Maintain detailed documentation and runbooks for deployments, upgrades, and operational procedures.
