Job Description: Business Systems Analyst
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Mode of Client interview: Virtual/if needed should go for Face-to-face interview at client location King of Prussia
Min: 11-15 years of experience
Type: 12+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain systems using SQL, FoxPro, and other required technologies.
- Write, debug, and optimize code to support business operations.
- Enhance and maintain legacy systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide functional and technical expertise for system implementations and upgrades.
- Liaise between business teams and IT teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Develop system workflows and integration solutions for efficient business processes.
- Conduct thorough system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed system documentation.
Mandatory Skills
- SQL: Advanced skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and database operations.
- FoxPro: Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using FoxPro.
- Technical Coding: Expertise in writing, debugging, and optimizing code for application development.
- Techno-Functional Experience: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 11+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems or enterprise-level application integrations.
- Knowledge of system migration strategies from legacy systems.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks or methodologies.
