Key Responsibilities:

* Build and support systems enabling experimentation, A/B testing, progressive deployments, and configuration management
* Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on reliability and performance
* Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
* Troubleshoot and support production systems, including occasional on-call rotations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Proven experience mentoring developers and delivering full-stack software solutions
* Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
* Strong knowledge of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases
* Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments
* Familiarity with source control systems and branch management workflows
* Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree or higher in a related discipline
* AWS Developer Certification (or equivalent)
* 6+ years of professional software development experience
* Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services
* Familiarity with Git platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
* Knowledge of Python, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)
* Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
* Experience with experimentation platforms, statistical testing, or data analysis
