Position: Associate Product Manager Core Technology (DevOps & Cloud)

We are seeking a technically inclined and cloud-aware Associate Product Manager to support our Core Technology Team. This role will help drive priorities, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and act as a liaison between the team and broader business stakeholders. You ll be instrumental in ensuring alignment across teams, contributing to documentation, and supporting key product initiatives with data analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Associate Product Manager for core platform functions such as reliability, security, release management, infrastructure upgrades, and CI/CD automation
  • Partner with product and technical teams on planning, backlog management, and roadmap development
  • Manage bug intake and triage, including validation and timely resolution
  • Create and update user documentation, training materials, and communication collateral
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and bug resolution
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and practices

Required Background:

  • 2 3 years of experience, ideally in or adjacent to product management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and results
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and data flows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SaaS or technology industry experience
  • Background in healthcare domain
  • Experience as a product owner or business analyst
