Proven ability to develop and deliver training materials for diverse audiences, including train the trainer sessions.
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Supplier Enablement Specialists to drive a global transformation initiative centered on the end-to-end implementation of vendor management processes using Esker VMS. This role is pivotal in automating and streamlining supplier onboarding, enhancing data governance, and integrating Esker with enterprise platforms such as Oracle EBS, LexisNexis, and EY tax tools.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supplier lifecycle management, data stewardship, and training delivery within complex ERP ecosystems. This position offers the opportunity to shape global onboarding strategies, optimize vendor data flows, and contribute to the successful deployment of Esker VMS across multiple regions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and implement vendor management workflows within Esker VMS, aligning with global procurement and compliance standards.
Lead configuration and customization of Esker modules to support supplier registration, qualification, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
Define and enforce governance policies for vendor data, approval hierarchies, and risk assessment protocols.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement to capture business requirements and translate them into Esker VMS capabilities.
Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles and defect resolution for Esker VMS deployment.
Oversee change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training, and adoption strategies.
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure vendor performance, onboarding efficiency, and compliance adherence.
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and Esker support teams for issue resolution and enhancement requests.
Ensure post-implementation support and continuous improvement of vendor management processes through Esker analytics and feedback loops.
