Manufacturing Assembler 4

Job Description:

We are seeking Manufacturing Assemblers (Level 4) to join our team in Totowa, NJ. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for electrical assembly and mechanical integration using various tools and equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters).
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and senior assemblers to meet daily production goals and timelines.
• Perform wiring, soldering, and electrical assembly tasks as required.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 6 years of hands-on experience in assembly line, HVAC, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience or willingness to learn soldering, wiring, and basic electrical assembly.
• Ability to use tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, crimping tools, and more.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Good manual dexterity and comfort working with small components.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in electrical assembly, computer hardware assembly, or wiring.
• Familiarity with industry safety protocols and testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes).
• Demonstrated development and adaptability across prior roles (not stagnant).
