Job Details

Title: VP of Resolution Plan Office

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Compensation:
Pay Range: $100,000-$180,000 Per Year

Description:
Part of a centralized team overseeing the development and maintenance of strategic plans.
Ensures alignment across various resiliency plans and acts as a crisis management liaison.
Provides significant visibility to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
Support leadership in developing and maintaining key capabilities by collaborating with experts across functions.
Lead cross-functional coordination for plan submissions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Facilitate regulatory inquiries with stakeholders across different lines of defense.
Prepare materials for senior management engagement.
Document key processes in policies and procedures.
Review and revise narratives related to strategy and capability testing frameworks.

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in large financial institutions, banks, law firms, or consulting firms.
Experience in contingency and recovery plans is preferred.
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and agility in learning new subjects.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field is preferred.
