Hiring: W2 Candidates Only



Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-based recommendations.

  • Use statistical techniques to perform exploratory and predictive analysis.

  • Create automated reporting solutions and optimize existing workflows.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting activities.

  • Present findings to stakeholders in clear, concise formats.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics tool (Power BI/Tableau).

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R preferred.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and visualization skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts (optional but beneficial).

  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
