Location: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Ab Initio ETL Developer to support a large-scale Data Warehouse application. In this contingent role, you will consult on complex software engineering initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and help resolve multifaceted technical challenges. You'll collaborate closely with client teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Ab Initio for enterprise-scale data warehouse systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex software engineering challenges involving multiple variables and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, compliance standards, and data governance policies.
- Provide technical consultation and strategic input on long-term data architecture and platform improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related field, demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military service, or education.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL development.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and processing architectures.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Teradata.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Experience working in hybrid or enterprise data environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and resolve ambiguous or unprecedented technical issues.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week
- Locations: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN
