Jr. IT Engineer / Analyst

Title:                   Jr. IT Engineer / Analyst Duration:            Full Time Permanent Client:                 Federal – SBA(Small Business Administration)
Location:            100% Remote

Requirements:

• An ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in information security.
• Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks.
• Experience in designing and enforcing policies and procedures that protect our organization's computing infrastructure from all forms of security breaches.
• Proven work experience as a System Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer
  Experience in building and maintaining security systems
• Experience in subnetting, routing protocols, Voice over IP(VoIP), DNS, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), encryption techniques and technologies, secure network architectures, and network security technologies such as encryption and firewalls.
• Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security.
• 1-5 years’ experience with “ManageEngine Event log Analyzer” software tool
• Need to be proficient with MAC and OS with experience in penetration testing and techniques and installing security software and documenting security issues.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our computing network.
  Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of IT security requirements
  Gather feedback from end users to continue to improve systems
• Design, analyze and implement efficient IT security systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Nice to have Certifications such as GSECIHIA, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CEH or CISM
