Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of integrated service
solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA. This role is pivotal in transforming customer service operations for a
healthcare-focused organization specializing in scientific instruments. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure regulatory compliance,
and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce Service Cloud integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
- Lead large-scale service transformation initiatives across global teams and business units.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Oversee end-to-end integration of service processes including case management, service orders, warranties, and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, ISO 13485) and data privacy standards.
- Drive adoption of digital service tools and monitor KPIs to inform product enhancements.
- Serve as a thought leader in service innovation, customer experience, and digital transformation.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale integration projects involving SAP S/4HANA, especially in service and logistics domains.
- Deep domain expertise in scientific instruments and healthcare service operations.
- Strong understanding of middleware platforms (e.g., SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and API-based integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed global teams.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator).
- Experience with field service management, service contracts, and installed base tracking.
- Familiarity with master data management and data governance practices.

- Experience with global rollouts and multi-region service models.
