Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support our IT Asset Management (ITAM) team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in ITAM tools, strong data forecasting skills, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting asset tracking, and enabling strategic decision-making through data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with existing ITAM tools to analyze and maintain asset data.
- Develop and maintain data forecasting models to support IT planning and budgeting.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other data tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data updates.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives related to IT assets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably within ITAM.
- Familiarity withITAM toolssuch as Flexera, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability toforecast trends and patterns.
- Proficiency inGoogle Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
