Position: FX Trading Support Application Analyst
Location: Midtown, NY & NY & NJ & PA & CT (On-Site)
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract
Interview Type: Video + F2F for locals, Video if for non-locals
Job Description:
- Must have investment banking experience.
- We are looking for a self-motivated individual to work in our FX trading support team. The candidate should have experience in supporting electronic execution and/or algorithmic trading systems and users of those systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing functional and technical support around the relevant systems to users worldwide (not exhaustive).
- Static data management (Counterparties, Currencies, etc.)
- Ensure platform admin in relation to system providers, both internal and external.
- Dealing with STP (straight-through processing) issues.
- Incident Management.
- Manage customer relations when dealing directly with both internal and external users of the systems.
- Develop good relations with the business (FO, MO/Risk, BO), follow relationship with third parties, manage/assist members of the team (business or technical analysts).
- Liaise with users and developers.
- Capable of handling releases autonomously.
- Release Management experience.
- Working both within the team, responsible, or alone when requested, to act as, or in conjunction with a specific project manager: - (non-exhaustive).
- Building of project plans.
- Assisting in the completion and timely delivery of projects.
- Testing, including writing test scripts, for new releases.
- Assist in the tracking of both time and resources on the projects.

- Maintain and improve service quality.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction (internal and external).
- Perform assigned responsibilities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policy.
- Timely reporting within the IT department's time tracking system.
- Timely reporting of incidents, outages, system errors, and possible enhancements within the appointed system.
- Maintain awareness of the regulatory markets and competitive environment.
- Procedure writing and maintenance.
- BCP / DR.
