Open to W2 candidates only!
PC Tech will be performing data migrations, pushing software, and changing out desktops, laptops or workstations at client work site or virtually assisting users over the phone and via screen share.
A basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting.Installing and configuring Dell Hardware.Knowledge about Apple Devices, IOS and experience with providing technical support for Apple Smartphone, IPad, PC or Mac.Install programs/software using SCCM based on specific needs of the user.Previous work experience with PC Deployments. Perform data migrations using various tools and accurately document the installation and or removal of equipment.The ability to multi-task, punctuality, and flexibility with the work hours. PC tech should be comfortable to work onsite at various Buildings.
