Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Security Analyst to join their Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client, account, user, and service entitlements across provisioning systems. You will ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contributing to the achievement of IAM operational goals.

*This role is hybrid in either Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL*

Rate: $40-50/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute complex security administration tasks for BNY Mellon applications, including onboarding and maintaining access for external client users.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry to support access provisioning.
  • Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify security administration processes, workflows, and form requirements.
  • Conduct reconciliation and governance oversight to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for IAM operations and related security initiatives.
  • Follow established security processes and contribute to the development of new procedures and standards.
  • Deliver advanced support for operational security components and assist in day-to-day security administration.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on evolving security practices, procedures, and standards across diverse system environments.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the achievement of departmental objectives.


Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience with data entry and access provisioning systems.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with reconciliation, governance, and compliance oversight in an IAM context.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with security standards and procedures across various platforms and environments.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
