Location: Boston, MA or Brooklyn, NY

Mode: Contract

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Workforce (Time & Attendance) solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise with strong technical skills to architect end-to-end payroll and time management processes, ensuring seamless integration with Finance and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution architecture and design workshops for Employee Central Payroll and Workforce Management systems.
  • Own end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.
  • Configure, test, and deploy payroll and time & attendance solutions, including complex pay rules and absence management.
  • Design and document business processes, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Integrate payroll and workforce modules with Finance, HR, and third-party systems.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, compliance standards, and process improvements.
  • Mentor project team members and coordinate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10 15 years of experience delivering HR technology solutions, including large-scale global deployments.
  • 5+ full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Workforce/Time & Attendance platforms.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise: system configuration, data integration, and custom interface design.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll operations, labor/time management, and related compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors suite and Workforce Software or similar time solutions.
  • Familiarity with finance system integrations and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
