Job Description

This position will participate in an On-going project to migrate the Allegis Enterprise from their existing Peoplesoft environment to Oracle Fusion and other custom Back Office (BO) solutions.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and dispositioning the Fusion In-app reporting catalog for both Operational and Analytical reporting. In addition, this role will be responsible for working with Business stakeholders to assist in the evaluation of their existing approach to reporting and to work with IS to develop the long term roadmap
Responsibilities:
Collect validate, and catalog enterprise reports across all Operating Companies (OpCO s)
Analyze enterprise reports to determine their Data Sources
Assist the Business in de-piping/consolidating existing reports
Assist the Business in identifying reports that can be deprecated
Assist IS in determining what technology a legacy report should be migrated to
Create data visualizations and dashboards that can be used for presentations and outputs as needed
Document efforts and outcomes as needed
Assist Business leadership in improving process and advancing the use of technology in new and different ways
Work with business units to understand their reporting requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
Requirements:
3+ years experience with business intelligence platforms, preferably Tableau or PI Publisher
Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades, particularly in a cross-functional team setting.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards, especially in the public sector.
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Bachelor s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with both Fusion HCM and ERP
