Data Scientist - Machine Learning & Predictive Analysis
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
We are seeking a proactive and curious Data Scientist to develop innovative, data-driven solutions across diverse, high-dimensional datasets. This role blends statistical rigor, machine learning, and problem-solving acumen to drive product insights, predictive modeling, and decision intelligence. The ideal candidate thrives in a technical, fast-paced environment and brings hands-on expertise in data science tools and programming.
Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical methods statistical modeling, machine learning, simulation, and predictive analytics to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from complex data.
 - Design, test, and refine predictive models and advanced algorithms to optimize business processes and product effectiveness.
 - Generate and validate hypotheses via experimental analysis and data-driven evaluation.
 - Partner with product engineers and stakeholders to translate prototypes into tangible products and scalable solutions.
 - Build interactive dashboards, support BI visualization initiatives, and provide analytical insights for business inquiries.
 - Continuously enhance data infrastructure, model accuracy, and performance through an iterative, scientific approach.
 
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or quantitative research.
 - Proficiency in Python or R, with hands-on experience in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
 - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
 - Knowledge of data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, or SQL-based systems).
 - Ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 - Experience working with large, structured and unstructured datasets.
 
Preference:
- Candidates with experience in tech-driven or analytics-focused industries are preferred.
 - Avoiding profiles heavily tenured in non-technical or purely business domains.
