Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level UX Researcher and Designer to support the development of a new intelligent assistant product integrated into an existing tax servicing platform. This role is highly conceptual and focuses on user flows, wireframes, and interaction design. The ideal candidate will be familiar with tools such as Figma and Abstract (used for storing mockups and style guides), and comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Design intuitive user flows and wireframes for a GenAI-powered digital assistant.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless integration into the existing platform.
  • Explore interaction styles and tones to make the assistant feel more human and engaging.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in UX research and design, ideally within AI or digital assistant projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Abstract.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to conceptualize and prototype user interactions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
