Job Details

Provide dynamic leadership at the enterprise level related to vast quantities of data (including disparate data), enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, reporting projects and initiatives. Leads staff in the most advanced descriptive, initial concept to fully tested production, and communicates results to a broad range of audiences. Expert use of the most current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis. Uses data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, explanatory and high complexity predictive modeling and fact-based management to drive decision making. Mentors fewer senior staff, leads cross functional teams, and routinely works on multiple highly complex assignments. Provides consultation to Sr. Leadership on a routine basis. Perform other duties as assigned. Master's degree in a quantitative discipline plus proven expert and 9 years of experience in the job offered or Proven expert and 9 years of work experience in innovative measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, solutions implementation, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics. The employer will alternatively accept a Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline plus proven expert and 6 years of experience in the job offered or proven expert and 6 years of work experience in innovative measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, solutions implementation, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics. in lieu of a Master's degree plus 9 years of experience.

Requirements

The position requires experience with: Developing interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, ArcGIS, SQL, Python, SAS, SAP Business Objects, JavaScript and HTML for business users. Developing and implementing Machine learning algorithms for Predictive analytics, Statistical Modeling and testing using programming in SAS and Python. Performing quantitative data analysis, data mining in On-premises and Azure cloud databases using advanced computer aided modeling in data analytics, analytical tools and SQL querying tools. Presenting and communicating the results of large complex data analysis and interpretations and making recommendations as well as providing business intelligence solutions. Utilizing data modeling, data warehousing, SQL and ETL tools to create business reporting framework. Demonstrated superior analytical skills with diverse analytics, data types, and statistical software and applications. Outstanding Interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills. Proven Leadership skills. Position allows for telecommuting from home within commuting distance of Memphis, TN.
