Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with over 12 years of experience in SAP Financials, including deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving finance transformation initiatives, designing end-to-end reporting frameworks, and enabling advanced analytics for enterprise-wide financial visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation and rollout of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions across multiple entities and geographies.
Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and translate them into S/4HANA CFIN architecture.
Integrate financial data from SAP and non-SAP systems into CFIN using SLT and other data replication tools.
Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboard creation, predictive analytics, and management reporting aligned with business KPIs.
Utilize SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office for ad-hoc financial reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation.
Collaborate with data architects and IT teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of reporting solutions.
Support month-end closing, reconciliations, error handling, and AIF monitoring within the Central Finance landscape.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user enablement for finance teams on new reporting tools and functionalities.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on SAP best practices and evolving analytics strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of overall SAP Financials experience, with 5+ years in SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
Strong functional expertise in FI/CO modules and S/4HANA Finance.
Deep understanding of CFIN components like document replication, AIF, mapping, and data harmonization.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) creating stories, data models, and integrating live data connections.
Proficient in SAP Analysis for Office developing financial reports and integrating with BW/4HANA or S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and group reporting structures.
Hands-on experience with SAP SLT, MDG, and Fiori apps relevant to CFIN.
Strong communication skills to engage with business and IT stakeholders.
Experience in large-scale transformation programs or greenfield/brownfield S/4HANA implementations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA CFIN Certification
SAC Planning and Predictive capabilities knowledge
Exposure to Agile methodologies and SAP Activate framework
