Desktop Support Technicians (3 Openings) needed for a 5+ Month Contract in Lake Forest, IL!
Our client is looking for an onsite Desktop Support Technician to perform the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities
- Unbox and deploy PCs, monitors, phones, and printers.
- Mount PCs to arms and set up monitors.
- Install and position phones at designated workstations.
- Perform cable management to ensure clean and organized setups.
- Provide on-site support during the go-live phase.
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure smooth deployment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in IT hardware deployment or service technician work preferred.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and cable management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.\
