Job Summary
The Business Analyst will support the client’s Emergency Response Unit by analyzing current processes, mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and documenting both current and future state operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
- Develop clear workflow maps and process documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and identify inefficiencies.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for process optimization.
- Provide regular status updates to project leadership.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with workflow mapping and process documentation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
