About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant with a strong background in B2B service operations to support our field service transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing OFSC solutions to meet complex business requirements, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 4 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations.
Strong B2B service domain knowledge, particularly in scheduling, dispatching, and workforce management.
Experience integrating OFSC with other Oracle CX or ERP modules (e.g., Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or E-Business Suite).
Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data mapping for integration.
Strong understanding of routing logic, capacity management, and field service KPIs.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel as required (client meetings, workshops, or onsite project phases).
