Title: SAP Successfactors Compensation consultant
Location: Rosemead CA, Onsite
Duration: Long Term

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and a proven track record of delivering SuccessFactors solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the implementation and rollout of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, etc.).
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and configure SuccessFactors to meet those needs.
Design, document, and implement custom solutions within the platform using best practices.
Perform data migration, testing, user training, and change management support.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with SAP support as needed.
Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity.
Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system maintenance.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
At least one full lifecycle implementation of a SuccessFactors module.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is highly preferred.
Proficient in data management, reporting, and integrations with third-party systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP HCM or other HRIS platforms.
Familiarity with middleware/integration tools like SAP CPI or Dell Boomi.
Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and compliance standards in HR systems.
SuccesFactors certification is a plus.
