Top Skills Required:
- 2 4 years of SharePoint experience (site creation, administration, customization)
- Experience in at least one role: Systems Administrator, Configuration Manager, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Consultant, or Trainer
- Experience with Atlassian tools Jira and/or Confluence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Training, onboarding, and documentation experience
Details:
The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting SharePoint and Atlassian instances, developing training materials, providing user support, building workflows, and working cross-functionally to enhance platform adoption.
Preferred skills include experience with API integrations (Slack API, Jira API), workflow/process improvement, and metrics reporting.
This is a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA, and candidates must be comfortable working onsite 3 days a week.
